Peak District Bouldering. Private Guiding
With some of the best bouldering the UK has to offer right on our doorstep we can provide a brilliant introduction to the area and coach you as you crank through your first outdoor problems. Alternatively we can take you on a tour of some the classic local problems for you to get a feel the area.
From the fundamentals of movement and balance, to the more technical aspects of crimps and gastons, this day covers all the basics for you to be enthused about bouldering out of doors. .
Despite the simplicity of bouldering, we take time to cover how to spot safely and the correct use of bouldering pads.
We can run this day for complete novices, but we recommend our Rock Climbing taster day or Rock Climbing Introduction course for your first experience. Some previous visits indoors to bouldering and or climbing walls will help you get the most out of the day.
